Summit Property Group Lethbridge has recently completed a comprehensive underground parking lot cleaning project for a series of condominium buildings. These high-traffic areas, essential for resident parking and vehicle storage, required regular deep cleaning to address the accumulation of debris, dirt, and oil stains that could impact both safety and aesthetics. Maintaining these spaces properly also helps prevent long-term damage to the flooring and building infrastructure.
Our team began by conducting a detailed inspection of the underground parking lots, identifying key areas where grime and vehicle fluids had built up over time.
